My Vision

Coming from an educated background, the realization of the importance of a vision to serve the public has come naturally to me. I believe that service devoid of a vision is bound to lose impact due to a lack of direction. To serve the people of the great state of Rajasthan, it is imperative to be in tune with the aspirations of the people.

I have the privilege of being constantly involved at the grassroots allowing me to interact with the people and develop an intuitive understanding of their needs as well as aspirations. The vision I am committed to is drawn from my wholesome education, regular grassroots experience and wisdom from the elders in my family who have served the people of our state before me. The key pillars of my vision for

our great state are:

Water security

Rajasthan’s mean annual rainfall amounts to around 496 mm with just 27 rainy days in the year. As a result, water conservation assumes a central role in ensuring water security for all. Social and economic justice cannot be protected without access to appropriate quality and sufficient quantity to this fountain of life. Rain water harvesting, reducing wastage of water, promoting recycling and re-use of water, sustainable use of ground water resources and drought management will drive my efforts towards water conservation.

Tourism Development

n the year 2013 alone more than 3.16 crore tourists (domestic & foreign) have made our state their tourist destination, creating jobs and opportunities for the people of our state. Rajasthan is blessed with a rich heritage, vibrant flora & fauna framed by stunning landscapes. I will draw upon my education and experience in the hospitality sector to leverage these advantages to further develop the tourism industry in our state to ensure economic justice and opportunities to the people

Elecricity for all
Electricity is the driving force of modern life and economy. It is an indispensable part of daily life. With 75% of Rajasthan living in rural areas, 24-hour electric supply to all rural households is an integral part of my vision for a state where rural citizens have urban facilities and amenities at their disposal.

Rural sports development
Sports have the potential to change the youth into self-confident, organized, and capable workforce that can transform the society and economy of our State. With 75% of our population residing in rural areas, I firmly believe that we should create infrastructure for sports in rural areas.
